Terms & Condition
- Prices for personal use only (for commercial use DM me for price).
- crypto/NFT and AI uses are NOT allowed.
- Please send me clear references as clear as you can (photos, character sheet, outfits, colors, poses, etc).
- Both Descriptive refs and Visual refs are very much appreciated for me to ensure the accuracy to portray ur characters!
- Complex pose & details, rushed deadlines, and major revisions may apply additional charges.
- I have the rights to reject any commissions.
- Pay full upfront, or 50% payment for booking then the other 50% after approved sketch.
- No cancellations after sketch.
- No refunds.
- 3x revisions max (will ask on sketch [major revs allowed], basecolor [color choice only], and final stage [minor revs only])
- Progress may takes 1-2 weeks up to 2-3 months depending on my schedule and limit (I'm a final year art student currently working on final thesis). Thankyou for your patience and consideration!
- Final drawing will be sent via gdrive link.
- Finished commission fully belong to the commissioner, but I may use it for example purposes ( commissioner have the right to ask me to not to)
- Credit me by tagging /& mentioning me if you post/use it will be very much appreciated! :D

Commission stages :1. Order via DM:
- discussion & questions
- agreement
- payment (100% upfront or the first 50% for 50/50 option)
2. Sketch stage:
- sketching process start
- sketch review with clients until approval (major revision allowed)
- payment of the remaining 50% for those who choose the 50/50 option
3. Lineart & basecolor stage:
- lineart & basecolor process start
- basecolor review with clients until approval
4. Final stage:
- work to completion
- final review (minor revision)
- sending final works via Google Drive
5. Commission process complete!
